1. Information provided by Ronald McDonald House Adelaide on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the person whose name is either completed on the ticket or the person identified as a gift recipient.
3. Where a ticket in the competition is purchased as a gift for and/or on behalf of another person (gift recipient), the purchaser of the ticket is deemed to be acting as an agent for the gift recipient and the gift recipient will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. These terms and conditions apply to all entries into and/or prizes in the competition.
5. All proceeds from the raffle tickets will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Adelaide.

WHO CAN ENTER

6. Entry is open to all permanent residents aged 18 years or older.
7. Employees, directors or officers of Ronald McDonald House Adelaide, or agencies associated with this raffle, and their immediate families, are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets. Immediate families means a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, or stepsibling of an employee of Ronald McDonald House Adelaide.

HOW TO ENTER

8. Raffle ticket sales will commence on Thursday 9 April 9:00am (ACST) and conclude on Saturday 27 June 2026 at 9:00pm (ACST) ("Promotion Period"), unless sold out prior. 9. A total of 2,000 tickets will be available for sale.
9. Each ticket costs $100.
10. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    1. Details of raffle ticket purchasers will be collected through Ronald McDonald House Adelaide online system inclusive of first name, last name ,phone and email.
    2. No ticket in the lottery may be sold unless the name, address, and telephone number (or email address) of the purchaser of the ticket is filled in on the butt of the ticket or is otherwise recorded and retained by the licensee.

11. Ronald McDonald House Adelaide, will issue an e-ticket (which may be printed by the recipient) for online purchases or paper ticket for in-person or phone order tickets, for each ticket purchased, together with the ticket receipt.
12. No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.
13. Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased during the Promotion Period.
14. To the extent permitted by law, without limiting the Non-Excludable Guarantees (defined in section 33) and subject to section 37), entrants cannot return any raffle tickets purchased or obtain a refund for the price paid on a raffle ticket, after the prize draw.
15. Ronald McDonald House Adelaide reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Ronald McDonald House Adelaide to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

PRIZE

16. The prize is a Lexus NX350h Sport 2.5L Hybrid Auto, valued at $88,683 AUD, including on-road costs and GST, from Lexus of Adeliade (ABN 55 007 526 963). Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of publishing.
    
    
17. The prize includes on-road costs (stamp duty, 12 months registration and compulsory third-party insurance), as provided by our suppliers and is correct at the time of publishing. On road costs, duties and taxes vary per state - the prize RRP is based on SA.
18. The prize does not include comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. Ronald McDonald House Adelaide strongly recommends that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner before the winner takes possession of the vehicle. All optional extras and accessories, and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are not included.
19. The winner must claim their prize within 21 days of being notified by Ronald McDonald House Adelaide. If the winner does not claim the prize within 21 days, a re-draw will take place on Monday 20^th July 2026 at 10am, Ronald McDonald House Adeliade, 271 Melbourne Steet, North Adelaide, SA 5006.
20. The winner is responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information and driver’s licence, and completing the necessary paperwork to transfer title and registration in the vehicle.
21. By participating in this raffle, the winner agrees to be photographed alongside their awarded prize and grants permission for Ronald McDonald House
    Adelaide to use this image for marketing purposes. Additionally, the winner consents to the publication of their name (first name, last name, suburb, state, and post code), in conjunction with the prize, on Ronald McDonald Adelaide’s official websites, social media platforms and in any related marketing activity for promotional and verification purposes.
22. The prize cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.
23. If a prize is not available for any reason, Ronald McDonald House Adelaide reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value, if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by Ronald McDonald House Adelaide to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Ronald McDonald House Adelaide 's control, Ronald McDonald House Adelaide may substitute it with another item or items determined by Ronald McDonald House Adelaide to be similar and of equal or higher value.

SELECTION OF WINNER

25. The winner will be chosen at random by an electronic random number generator, which will take place on Saturday, 27^th June 2026 by 10:00pm at the Heart of the House Gala Ball , which will be held at The Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia, 5000. If the date of the draw needs to be changed, due to circumstances causing a delay, Ronald McDonald House Adelaide will advise all entrants by email of the new draw date. Entrants need not be present to win.
26. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize as described above.
27. The winner will be notified by SMS, on Saturday 27^th June 2026. The winner will also be notified by phone and in writing via email, and the winner's details will be published on the following Ronald McDonald House Adelaide website ( https://ronaldmcdonaldhousesca.org.au/ ), as well as on Ronald McDonald House Adelaide’s marketing and social media platforms, within two days of the draw date.
28. Ronald McDonald House Adelaide reserves the right to request the winner to submit proof of identity, at the discretion of Ronald McDonald House Adelaide, and their ticket receipt as proof of purchase.
29. Ronald McDonald House Adelaide will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result.
30. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

SECOND CHANCE DRAW

31. If the winner does not respond within 21 days of being notified that they have won the raffle, or the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Ronald McDonald House Adelaide to identify and contact the winner within that period but were unsuccessful, the prize will automatically be forfeited, and Ronald McDonald House Adelaide reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.
32. If necessary, a second chance draw will take place on Monday 20^th July 2026 at 11am, Ronald McDonald House Adeliade, 271 Melbourne Steet, North Adelaide, SA 5006.
33. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email, and the winner's details will be published on the following Ronald McDonald House Adelaide website, as well as on Ronald McDonald House Adelaide’s social media platforms, within two days of the draw
